Withdrawal, Leave of Absence, and Reinstatement

Students must complete the official Enrollment Status Change Request to withdraw from all courses or take a leave of absence. Instructions for this are available here. Students taking a leave of absence should be aware that they may be reevaluated for degree requirements upon their return. Students may be required to fulfill any changes in the requirements that occurred up to the point of their return to degree status.
Upon receipt of the Enrollment Status Change Request, your account will be adjusted according to the University’s refund policy. Withdrawal deadlines can be found on the academic calendars. Please be aware that add/drop and withdrawal deadlines may be different than the refund dates.
