Absolutely! The Teams Outlook add-in will allow you to schedule meetings in Outlook.

If you do not see the option to create a Teams Meeting in Outlook, please submit a request for support or contact your local IT support representative.
When joining a meeting or making an audio/video call for the first time using the Microsoft Teams Windows desktop client, you might notice a warning from the Windows firewall, like the one below, that asks you to allow access. If this should occur, you can allow access if you have admin rights, or you can cancel this message because the meetings and calls will work, even when the warning is dismissed.
