Bonnie Pierce (CAS’92, Pardee’94)

Bonnie Pierce is passionate about student and alumni engagement, particularly amongst first-generation college students. She is the founder of CapitalOpps LLC, where she advises firms on capital raising and capturing investment opportunities and a Senior Advisor at Elevation Gained, a boutique strategic advisory firm supporting private equity firms, Fortune 500, and SMEs. Having spent over twenty-five years in global financial services, she inspires students as a faculty member in the International Business Department at the George Washington School of Business where she teaches International Business Strategy and Finance courses and coaches students on their capstone projects and careers. Bonnie earned an MBA from Columbia Business School with a concentration in Finance, an MBA from London Business School with a concentration in Corporate Strategy, and a MA in International Relations and a BA in European History with a minor in Art History from Boston University. Bonnie serves on the BU Alumni Council and the Dean’s Advisory Board at BU’s Pardee School of Global Studies. She is also a certified Sommelier from the Associazione Italiana Sommelier. Although she resides in Washington, DC, with her two teenage daughters, she considers New England home and spends her free time in York, ME.
