Incident Discovery Time: 11:15am on 01/26/2017 Time of Resolution: 10:00am on 01/27/2017 Services Impacted: BUworks (SAP)

Terrier Marketplace was unavailable. Full service has been restored.

IS&T teams have resolved the incident. The vendor installed a patch to fix the issue.

The cause of this incident was determined to be an upgrade the vendor performed. If you continue to have issues, please contact the IT Help Center.
