Qualtrics Email Distribution is experiencing an outage

Current Status

IS&T teams have not yet identified the cause of the incident, but are working with the vendor. -Clients attempting to distribute surveys in Qualtrics via email are encountering the error: ‘An unknown error occurred. Please try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Qualtrics support’. -Clients may also encounter issues copying projects and deleting existing distribution data within Qualtrics projects. Next Update: 02:00pm
