Description of Impact

Many students reported erroneously receiving yellow badges.

Student Health Services have resolved the incident.

Additional Information

The cause of this incident was determined to be that the system had temporarily not been reading recent tests, however this should now be fixed.

Description of Impact

This morning, students reported that they were receiving non-compliant warnings and yellow badges when they were actually compliant. Service Desk personnel confirmed that they were green when looking up the students’ statuses.

Current Status

Anthony Belo from Student Health Services is working on this.

Additional Information

Some students have already reported that their statuses are now showing green, so the problem may be resolved. We will continue to investigate.
