After recording a meeting to the cloud, Zoom processes the file and sends you an email with a link to access the file. You can also access, manage, and download your recordings from Zoom’s website. Cloud recording is not available in Zoom Meetings for HIPAA.

  1. Log in to Zoom Meetings using your BU Login.
  2. Click the “Recordings” link, located on the sidebar to the left of the page.

  3. Select the recording you wish to download from the list. Don’t see your recording? Use the date filters at the top of the page to adjust your search.

  4. Details about your recording will now appear. Hover over your recorded video, typically named “Shared screen with speaker view.” Click the download button that appears.

Your recording will download as a .mp4 file. Once downloaded, you can then edit the video or share it. When sharing instructional content, it is recommended to use BU My Media. You can share the video to your Blackboard or QuestromTools course using the Course Media Library.
