BUTV is a cable TV system offering a comprehensive lineup of over 100 channels and programming customized for our campus. Offerings include entertainment, movies, sports, news, and many international stations.

What to Expect

This service normally will be available 24 by 7.

Requirements

• Students must be living on-campus residences.
• Faculty and staff require department head permission to install BUTV at administrative locations. A monthly service fee of $15 will be charged. An installation fee based on location will be charged.

Getting Started

Students

• Connect your TV to the cable outlet using an RG-6 coax cable.
• Make sure that you have set your TV for cable or CATV (vs. antenna) and performed an auto program (sometimes called channel setup).

Faculty And Staff

• Contact Communication Services at 617-353-2097 for an installation estimate and to order service service.
